Let’s revive the early 20th century’s bourgeois’ cuisine!
That’s the stuff we, -evergreen hippies-got. We run a unique cuisine- a bit of an Italian and French twist, plus Hungarian Novelle Cuisine. To please you-our future regular-our chefs cook real food straight from the marketplace. Hence, is the menu changing every lunch and every dinner. For us it stands to reason that serving only our very own pastas and bread is acceptable.
Also, pairing these marvelous dishes to small Hungarian wineries products is what we are very passionate about. So is our sommelier.
